The adjustable air suspension further enhances stability and safety. Due to the lightweight our vehicles do not harm the environment, leaving no tracks.

We are addressing significant limitations and safety issues of traditional ATVs in overcoming obstacles safely and efficiently for the driver and without environmental damage. The vast majority of ATV accidents occur while attempting to overcome obstacles, resulting in a minimum of 400,000 injuries annually, with one-third of the victims being children. Another issue is the limitation on ATV use in environmentally protected areas, as they can harm the soil and sensitive ecosystems.

First, we determined the suitable wheel diameter and then calculated how many wheels would fit on a standard-sized ATV or snowmobile frame. The optimal number turned out to be 18 wheels

Tracks don’t perform well at high speeds. They make steering significantly heavier and considerably increase unsprung weight. With our design, they do not offer any advantages.

The ATV featured in the video is specifically designed to test fundamental engineering and design hypotheses in real-world conditions. Production of the first prototype of the ATV, equipped with an enhanced steering and suspension system, is already in progress. Our team is rectifying the errors identified in the previous model.

Based on our tests, up to 6 out of 18 wheels can break, and the device will not lose its fundamental characteristics.

All 18 wheels of the vehicle are equipped with a hub motor mechanism inside. With the electric current from the battery, the electric motors within the wheels receive power and rotate. This is how our vehicle moves forward.

The initial prototype is too soft, hence unable to brake sharply. The new prototype doesn’t have this issue. Its suspension will be pneumatically adjusted based on the driver’s weight. At high speeds, the ATV will be as stiff as possible, preventing critical tilting during abrupt breaking.

Yes! Each wheel is sealed, and future prototypes might even have the ability to float.

The second prototype has reverse drive.
